    After twenty-five years in business, one of our clients expressed an interest in retiring and selling his warehouse distribution company. Castle and Bishop Financial had been monitoring the demand and upward trends in the 3rd party logistics sector, and with the ever increasing consumer acceptance of online shopping, Castle and Bishop decided that the timing was right to catch the wave. In 2014, we invested our own venture capital and purchased our client’s warehouse business, and re-branded the company as VELOCITY USA.

    Transforming a twenty-five year old company into a modern, tech savvy operation, requires knowledge, experience, and funding, but we were prepared for the challenge and we came out punching above our weight class. Like any other business, customer service is the #1 rule, so our first course of action was meeting with the existing customers and understanding their needs, but after that, there was no looking back.
